  2.  Hot oil treatments

  7.  Scalp Massages: Apply a small amount of The Pretty Rich Oil to fingertips then massage scalp for 5 to 10 minutes. Use 1 to 3 times per week (a little goes a long way). Start with 1 time per week then gradually go to 3 times per week if necessary.
